Ointment: Prunus amygdalus (Sweet Almond), Oenothera biennis (Evening Primrose), Sichuan lovase rhizome (Chuanxiong Extract), Angelica sinensis (Danggui Extracts), Commiphora Myrrha (Myrrh).

How To Use:

Step 1. Tear open packaging. upon contact with air, will heat up on its own within 5mins.

Step 2. Peel and paste on abdomen according to your preferred heat level.

Step 3. After every hour of use, remove the product for at least 5 mins to let your skin rest. prolonged contact with low heat may cause burns.

Precautions:

-If you have sensitive skin or if you are a first time user, Check skin frequently during use, remove the product immediately if you find irritation, burns, blisters or if it gets too hot.

-Do not use during pregnancy.

-Do not use more than 6 hours.
